This session is ideal for those looking to train without the commitment of a monthly membership or if you are looking to add an additional hour to your current plan.

Hi, I’m Erika! - A certified personal trainer based in Lancaster County, PA and mom of 3 little girls. I know what it’s like trying to juggle fitness, family and all the things in-between and I’m here to help.
I started strength training over 5 years ago and immediately fell in love with the results. As I became stronger, I noticed improved mobility and posture, endurance, and an increase in energy and mental clarity. The benefits from my time in the gym spilled over to other areas of my life. I started to keep up with my kids more, my stress level was lower, and I had the confidence to know I could do hard things.
Now as a trainer it’s my mission is to help women take the guesswork out of fitness by creating easy to follow routines to achieve your strength and aesthetic goals that work hand in hand with your lifestyle. I provide virtual training, as well as in person training to help you master your form, boost your confidence and help you jumpstart your fitness journey!
